1.Begin by removing the backing from the adhesive dressing.
2.Take out the center paper frame.

5.Press the dressing firmly yet gently to secure it well.
6.Toss away the paper frame and smooth out the dressing's edges with your fingers.
7.Place the securing strips at the bottom edge of the dressing.
8.Stick the date label close to the dressing to mark the change date.
