Silicone Postsurgical Dressing is a sterile dressing for use on exuding wounds, consisting of a vapor permeable and showerproof polyurethane film, an absorbent layer of a non-woven fabric and a perforated silicone wound contact layer. It is designed to mold softly to skin without sticking to the moist wound, so you can remove it easily without damaging the skin. Featuring a highly absorbent pad to reduce the risk of skin damage and dressing change frequency, plus the wound contact layer features a high perforation rate for fast wicking and minimal risk of skin damage.

》After cleaing and disinfecting the wound, remove the dressing from the packaging.
》Peel off the release paper from the printed side to expose the adhesive surface.
》Apply the adhesive side to the skin and smooth it outwards from the center to the edges.
》Remove the backing release material.
》For abrasions, burns, or minor post-operative wounds with light exudate, clean the wound first, then apply sterile gauze or an absorbent pad along with anti-inflammatory medication as needed. After that, apply the dressing.
Precautions
》This product is sterile and intended for single use only.
》Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
》This product is not a substitute for procedures such as suturing, hemostasis, or skin disinfection.
》Not suitable for securing arterial catheters.
》Do not use on infected or ulcerated wounds. If signs of infection occur later—such as redness, swelling, exudate, or fever—discontinue use or increase the frequency of dressing changes as advised by a physician.
》Select a dressing of appropriate size and apply it naturally to the skin. Do not stretch the dressing, as this may cause skin tension or damage.
》When removing the dressing, take care not to dislodge any catheters or other medical devices underneath.

Designed for atraumatic removal. Medical grade silicone has become an industry standard in wound care for maximum adhesion and pain free removal. The perforations are the optimum size to allow for a free flow of exudate to the secondary and tertiary layers
