Hemostatic Dressing for Venepuncture

①Cotton fiber
· Known for its excellent liquid absorption capability. Cotton fiber also promotes the rapid aggregation of platelets and clotting proteins in the blood, expediting the hemostasis process.
②Polyethylene foam
· Providing soft and elastic characteristics to apply moderate pressure on blood vessels, assisting in hemostasis. Additionally, polyethylene foam offers water resistance, preventing external contaminants and effectively reducing the risk of infection.
③ PU Nonwoven
· High-quality PU nonwoven fabric with excellent stretchability, reliable adhesion, and good breathability.

1.Take out the Hemostatic Dressing, align the pad center with the puncture point, and cover it. Press the pad gently with the thumb before needle withdrawal. While withdrawing the needle, exert pressure with the thumb.
2.After needle removal, continue applying pressure with the thumb. Open the folding paper, peel off about 2 cm (approximately the width of a thumb).
3.Maintain pressure and elongate one side of the backing by approximately 2 cm, being careful not to stretch the backing end (to prevent deformation).
4.Continue pressing to prevent pad displacement, firmly adhere the backing to the skin, then peel off and attach the entire folding paper in that area.
5.To prevent pad displacement, continue pressing the back of the pad when switching thumbs, ensuring no shifting or reduced pressure.
6.Continue pressing to prevent displacement, peel off the folding paper on the other side in the same way, and firmly attach the backing, elongating it by about 2 cm.
7.After both sides of the backing are securely attached, continue applying pressure and observe the hemostasis. Only after complete hemostasis, apply the time label.
