1.Before use, ensure clean, dry, orl-free skin. Remove release liners from two barrier pads, center deivce on upper lip. Press pads firmly onto skin until secure.
2.Squeeze the tabs on both sides of the gliding tube shuttle and slide the clamp along the track until it's close to the ET tube.
3.Insert the ET tube into sleeve, ensure inflation lumen fits into the sleeve's channel. Remove liner from tube wrap, loop tightly around tube only. Pull the wrap through the security clamp.
4.Fasten the ET tube wrap by closing the one-click security clamp firmly.
5.Thread the thin end of the strap through the plastic loop on the track, then fasten the thin end of the strap by using the hook and loop closure.
6.Adjust the straps on either side to allow two fingers' width between the strap and the back of the patient's head.
